UI/UX Design, Design Manager, Strategy, Research, BA Role
Over the course of a year, I collaborated with business and development teams to redesign the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, focusing on efficiency, usability, and global accessibility. I balanced technical constraints with user needs to deliver practical, intuitive solutions.
To support diverse market categories, I created a tailored internal homepage for different user groups and conducted extensive global user research to inform design decisions. We also redesigned and implemented workflows to manage asset lifecycles, ensuring smooth integration into the DAM. Additionally, I developed an educational platform to onboard new users and guide them through DAM features and workflows, enhancing adoption and ease of use.
As designs neared completion, I transitioned into a Business Analyst role, ensuring alignment between development, design, and business goals. I coordinated with stakeholders throughout sprints to maintain focus on user needs and strategic objectives.
