Security was a critical pillar of this product, requiring a reliable and user-friendly recovery mechanism. I researched and designed a seed phrase–based solution as an additional layer of security, integrating it into both account protection and recovery flows.

Working closely with security experts, I designed end-to-end experiences for seed phrase activation and account recovery within the dashboard. This included scenarios where users either lost access to their digital identity or chose seed phrases as their primary authentication method.

To ensure usability, I conducted lightweight usability testing to validate that the flows were clear, intuitive, and minimized friction despite the inherent complexity of security processes.
