Over several months, I worked with the foundation and their development teams to make Internet Identity experience more intuitive end-to-end. I began with usability testing on existing flows, synthesised findings, and redesigned the sign up/sign in journeys with clearer copy, fewer steps, and stronger error handling. Beyond flows, I refreshed the landing page and designed a new, extensible dashboard that will evolve with future features as well as a identity recovery flow that consisted of seed phrases. All work was designed for both desktop and mobile with light and dark modes considered from the start to ensure visual consistency and accessibility across contexts.

Operating in a fast-moving environment without formal design sprints, I coordinated directly with stakeholders and developers to ship user-centric solutions quickly and on schedule. Running lightweight research, rapid iterations, and tight feedback loops to maintain momentum.
