I contributed to the design of two digital products at a leading Swiss private bank, working closely with my design lead to establish structured design operations and strategic frameworks that brought clarity and alignment across teams.
Collaborating with the business and stakeholders, we gathered requirements and conducted user interviews to uncover key pain points and expectations. These insights guided our iterative design process, shaped the product vision, and informed the definition of phased MVPs to support smooth rollout and adoption.
The first product redesigned a compliance tool for Relationship Managers, simplifying complex regulatory workflows to improve usability and efficiency. The second revamped the internal media library, enhancing searchability, content relevance, and accessibility to support timely, client-focused investment decisions.
These efforts modernized essential tools and marked a broader shift toward human-centered digital transformation within the bank.
