Multinational Pharmaceutical
UI/UX Design
I designed an interactive training prototype as part of a Design Thinking training program for a global pharmaceutical client. The goal was to embed a human-centered mindset across the entire organization—spanning manufacturing, enabling functions, and various commercial business units. The client sought to build internal capabilities that would enable teams at all levels to better understand and address user needs, foster cross-functional collaboration, and drive more innovative, user-focused solutions. The prototype served as both a foundational learning tool and a scalable model for rolling out Design Thinking principles across diverse departments.
Challenges Identified
Lack of consistent understanding of human-centered design across departments
Need for scalable training adaptable to different functions
Approach
Designed an interactive, role-relevant training prototype
Used real-world scenarios tailored to various departments
Outcome
Delivered a scalable training tool for wider organizational rollout
Helped build internal capabilities in design thinking
Enabled teams to better understand and address user needs across the value chain
