I contributed to the redesign of a formerly paper-based insurance advisory process, helping transition it into a fully digital, seamless mobile experience. Centered around Apple’s UI guidelines, we developed a mobile application that reimagines how insurance agents manage their work.
Prior to this transformation, agents relied heavily on printed materials and manual workflows, which often led to inefficiencies, delays, and a high risk of errors. This outdated approach also added unnecessary administrative overhead, ultimately impacting productivity and customer satisfaction.
With usability at the core, our solution empowers agents to access client information, deliver personalized advice, and streamline their daily tasks—all from a single intuitive platform.
